Fishtechy is an AI-powered fishing app that allows you to measure the length, girth, and weight of a fish using our innovative Proof Ball.
The Proof Ball is precisely manufactured to an exact size, enabling accurate fish measurements through extrapolation in the Fishtechy App.
Download the Fishtechy app from either app store or play store, create an account, and follow in-app instructions to start measuring your catches.
Follow the instructions included with your Proof Ball for proper setup. Typically, you only need to place it on a flat surface next to the fish you want to measure or dangle it from your finger while holding the fish for a quick hero photo or video.
- During onboarding in the Fishtechy app, you’ll be prompted to register your Proof Ball.
- Locate the black chip with the Fishtechy logo on your Proof Ball.
- Tap the top of your phone to the chip.
- You may need to remove your phone case for the NFC scan to work.
If you already have a Proof Ball registered and want to add a V2.0:
- Go to your Profile in the app.
- Tap the Proof Ball icon.
- Select Add Proof Ball and follow the same NFC tap process.
- During onboarding, select the option for Proof Ball Version 1.
- You’ll be asked to take a live photo of the ball from the tag end.
- Our team will manually verify the Proof Ball and complete the registration for you.
Fishtechy uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data and ensure your privacy.
Yes, you can delete your data at any time through the app settings. Follow the instructions to remove your photos and measurements permanently.
